There is only one Stoneleigh show and Complete Kit Car is once again the magazine sponsor for the world’s biggest kit car gathering.
Over 30,000 visitors poured through the gates in 2007 to witness a display of privately owned kit cars that will take your breath away. Hundreds of Westfields, Caterhams, Cobra replicas etc, are backed up by enormous numbers of real rarities, which often only materialise at Stoneleigh and nowhere else.
And the outside displays are only part of the story. It’s fair to say that all the manufacturers work towards Stoneleigh in order to showcase new models or existing model upgrades. And then there are the parts suppliers, with everything from the smallest widget to a complete donor pack – it’s all here. And if building a kit car sounds like hard work, then there’s a complete hall devoted to
pre-owned cars for sale.

CKC WORKSHOP LIVE
May 4th/5th
At this early stage (and we’re writing this in late February) it’s just too soon to give you a definitive list of all the exciting new car launches we’re know about. As a taster we already know that Raw Striker will be officially launching the new Fulcrum at Stoneleigh. Another new car debut will be Veranti Motor Company, with a coupe version of its original drop-top. Electric power is something we’re bound to see more off over the coming years and MEV will not only be showing its new R2 roadster, with its unusual offset seating, but the car with be powered entirely by an electric motor using the latest lithium iron phosphate batteries. With 500ft/lbs of torque available from standstill, the R2 will be intriguing to drive.
